Beste lezers, ik ben flink opgelicht door dit zogenaamde goede gokbedrijf. Dit zijn maffia praktijken waar ik in verzeild ben. Ik heb nog steeds geen euro terug gezien. Maar heb sinds kort een aantal medespelers gesproken en we zijn bereid om juridische stappen in deze zaken te ondernemen. Wij, als Nederlandse inwoners, zijn beschermd tegen deze zogenaamde legale goksites. Ik ben ingeschreven bij Cruks registratie al jaren en toch weten mensen zonder enige schroom dat ze je kunnen lokken om bonus of zelfs cash geld je op hun goksite te krijgen. Ik heb een advocaat die zich hierin heeft verdiept, en deze geeft aan dat net zoals bij de Cruks registratie ik recht heb op mijn geld terug. Ik stel Boomerang Casino dan ook verantwoordelijk voor het verlies van 5000 euro. Ze hebben me maanden aan het lijntje gehouden door te zeggen dat ze bezig zijn. Eergisteren zou ik 2912 euro terug krijgen op mijn ABNAMRO bankrekening, nu geven ze aan dat ik wellicht bij een andere site dit bedrag verloren heb. Ik geef Boomerang nu nog de kans om hun zaken op te lossen. Anders zal ik in 2025 al mijn zaken officieel afgeven aan de rechter/advocaat, ook hierbij de andere goksites in Nederland opererende gaan een uitnodiging krijgen vanuit andere spelers lotgenoten die ook veel geld verloren zijn. Deze mensen zijn dikke oplichters! Ik opende mijn account en won direct 4000 euro, maar ik kon niet uitbetalen omdat simpelweg de withdrawal optie niet kon laden. En ja hoor, 2 weken wachten en nog niks, waarna ik alles erdoorheen heb gespeeld en ineens boem, was het er. Overigens nemen zij je winsten in om vervolgens een zogenaamde cashback te geven. Meerdere malen free games gehad op 1, 2 of 3 euro waar gewoon 60 cent wordt gegeven (een gokker weet dat dit onzin is). Vervolgens geven ze je een wagering bonus waarin je de ene na de andere winst boekt, wetende dat je maximaal maar het dubbele kan uitbetalen ervan, als de optie überhaupt al mogelijk is. Mijn duidelijkheid kreeg ik wanneer ik mijn 4000 euro niet kon uitbetalen en een vriend naast me gewoon de optie uitbetalen wel kon gebruiken. Het is dus geen algemene storing, maar toevallig een persoonlijke storing wanneer je veel geld op je account hebt. Ik speel hier nooit weer!
