I deposited it, but my transaction was declined, and they kept my money. I’ve sent countless messages only to find myself redirected to the starting point each time. It's best to stay away from this site; they are nothing but scammers. If they desperately need my £20, then they can keep it.

Scammers!! I encountered problems with withdrawals.
Don’t even think about depositing ❌❗ They asked for numerous documents including a picture of my bank card. They don’t even respond to emails ❗❌

I made a deposit and played the Demi Gods slot. After getting some free spins, the game crashed. When I reloaded, there was no return to the game I was playing. I contacted their chat support, but they told me to find the game ID, which wasn’t even there. I kept getting ignored, so I left the chat. Today, I tried again to reach out, but no one is answering, and I got cut off. This site is a total scam; I have never experienced anything like it.

SCAM!
The positive reviews seem fabricated, and their site even claims that ID verification takes 2 days with withdrawals processed in 3-5 working days! I signed up, provided documentation, and they verified it. After depositing, I had winnings exceeding £100, but when attempting to withdraw, they demanded more documentation and rejected everything I submitted. I uploaded additional documents and continued playing, suspecting that I wouldn't see my funds after all the delays. I won an extra £30, totaling £132, but while playing another game with a £1 stake, I encountered an error that sent me back to the home screen. Upon returning, I noticed half my balance was missing. I tried refreshing, but it halved again, showing £33, and after another error, my balance hit £0!!!
So many games are unplayable,
I will be reporting this casino to the appropriate gambling authorities and other regulatory bodies!
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this scam casino!

Withdrawals are incredibly slow—processed, on average, about once a week.
It’s unfortunate because the employees seem like genuinely good people.
But the pace at which withdrawals are handled, as well as the limits imposed, are utterly ridiculous. There’s no denying that.
I’d be willing to amend my review if they make improvements, but as things stand, I can’t see myself continuing with this casino if they maintain the status quo.
