Stay well away—don’t waste your money on this site! There are plenty of better options out there. They claim it takes 7-21 days to process withdrawals, but I’ve been waiting over 41 days for my £1000 and I honestly don't think I will ever receive it. Just stay away and don’t waste your time or money.

Had to click one star or it wouldn’t…

Had no choice but to click one star or my review couldn’t be submitted. I won £100 back in January, withdrew it, and it landed in my bank straight away, so I thought this site was trustworthy until I won again in February and have not received my money since. I’ve contacted them countless times, but all I get is the same robotic response. I assumed it was just my luck until I came across Resolver and saw plenty of negative reviews. I finally received my £220 withdrawal after 6 months. However, I would never take the risk again with this site. I continue to receive emails, but when I click on them, I’m redirected to winit.bet, which I suspect is another one of their shady sites. Keep your money and stay away from them.

Very slow at service

I played for about 6 months. I had numerous smaller wins that were paid out fairly quickly, but when it came to a larger win, I received no response. Customer service was dreadful, with robotic answers. However, after 2 weeks, I finally received my withdrawal of £2250, which made me quite happy. I received a £540 bonus, but as soon as I turned it over, I ended up with £400 left, which converted to £40 cash, resulting in the loss of the rest of my bonus. This was absurd. After attempting to withdraw £300, the funds were returned to my account. Yesterday, I received an email stating they encountered a bank transfer issue and advised me to try withdrawing via Visa for instant deposits; however, the money is still not in my account. Do not use this site. I plan to contact my bank today as I believe they need to be shut down. They’ve blocked my email attempts, and the chat support simply responds with “we don’t know” before ending the chat. I withdrew my funds again on the 16th, and it says completed, yet I still haven’t received my winnings. The chat agents just cut me off every time. They’ve scammed so many people and they need to be put out of business. I informed Mr Sloty today that I’m getting my bank’s fraud team involved.
